It is a product derived from Peruvian cacao. it is obtained by spraying of cacao cakes and it is easily soluble.

Natural powder is characterized by its light brown color and bitter taste.

The alkaline powder is characterized by its mild taste.

They are used for toppings, bakery products and glazes.
