Product derived from cocoa. lt is made from a selection of fermented cocoa beans, which have undergone a mechanical extraction process through a hydraulic press in order to obtain an exquisite flavor and aroma. This means that by pressing natural cocoa liquor, it is obtained the cocoa cake.

We offer two types of Natural cocoa cake

  • Natural 10/12% fat content
  • Natural 20/22% fat content

– Organic Cocoa Cake:
– Inner plastic bag and Kraft paper bag, three external sheets.
• Net weight: Box x 25 kg of cacao cake chunks
