Cocoa butter is a product derived from roasted cocoa. lt is extracted from cocoa during the process of making the chocolate. lt has sweet aroma and sweet flavor. Solid fat composed by mixed fatty acids mainly palmitic, stearic and oleic acids of pale yellow color obtained by pressing the organic cocoa mass.
